Failed work: if a paid page or brief fails because of a fault in the Service, the credit is restored automatically or on request.
No subscription auto-renewal at launch; nothing to cancel. If subscriptions are added later, you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
Delivery: the Service is delivered online, immediately after payment or when you start the work. Nothing is shipped.
